Terms of service

calrn is in its alpha / pilot stage and is provided to pilot units for evaluation. Because the product is still evolving, these terms are intentionally brief; a full agreement will be in place before calrn becomes generally available.

Pilot software

During the pilot, features may change, and the service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. We aim to keep your unit's data safe and the schedule available, but we don't yet make formal uptime or service-level commitments. Don't rely on calrn as your only system of record while it's in pilot.

Acceptable use

Use calrn only to schedule your own organization's unit, and only with the accounts provisioned for you. Don't attempt to access other organizations' data or disrupt the service.

Your data

Your organization owns its data. See our privacy notice for what we collect and how it's handled. You can ask us to export or delete your unit's data at any time during the pilot.
